Sustainability
Getting the
best of wood requires to care for the planet.
Salvaro Industrial is a company that considers sustainability as philosophy of life and since its foundation has worked with sustainable eco-friendly source of materials, such as wood from reforestation and water-based paints.
In our highly optimized processes, all products are reused, and the minimum amount of waste generated is sent to processing companies approved by IBAMA. Furthermore, for more than ten years we have reduced our environmental impact by planting our own forest.
Low environmental impact
For a timber company to be considered sustainable, its planting yard cannot admit trees that did not originate from reforestation. Salvaro excels only processes reforested Pine wood, a tree with low environmental impact and fully adapted to the Brazilian environment.
Processing efficiency
We use finger joint pine, a process by which pine boards are dried in kilns and cut into small blocks.
The knotted pieces return to the process to generate heat, while the clean blocks are glued together with PVA glue under pressure. This process is essential for breaking tensions acquired during plant growth, improving mechanical performance, and maximizing the use of wood.
